Overview & Architecture

Engineered a modern, high-conversion web platform for an Auckland-based residential construction company. Built with Next.js 16 (App Router) and TypeScript, the site features a Swiss Modernist design system with fixed-aperture curtain scroll animations, 60fps unobstructed cinematic video windows, headless content management via Sanity CMS, real-time international input validation, and verified transactional email pipelines via Resend.

1. Kinetic Scroll & Motion Architecture

Implemented Lenis smooth-scrolling combined with GSAP & ScrollTrigger to power stationary aperture curtain reveals, interactive horizontal beams, and seamless clip-path full-screen video windows for an immersive architectural portfolio.

2. Headless CMS & Dynamic Site Control

Integrated Sanity Studio with custom GROQ queries to manage site settings, compliance credentials, media assets, project galleries, and dynamic external recruitment portals without requiring code redeployment.

3. Robust Form Engineering & Global Validation

Engineered real-time client-side keystroke interception and Zod schema validation across Quote and Contact forms—blocking non-numeric characters, supporting international phone formats (ITU-T E.164), and enforcing RFC-compliant email verification.

4. Automated Transactional Email Pipeline

Designed Next.js Serverless Route Handlers integrated with Resend and Cloudflare DNS authentication (DKIM, SPF, MX), featuring automated HTML email templating and instant 1-click reply-to routing.
